Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. In order to provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy:
Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, regardless of communication.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure adequate time for your treatment.
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
I understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please communicate as soon as possible! While I do my best to be accommodating when circumstances allow, this policy is enforced to protect appointment availability.
